MarketLens — Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (EULA)

By creating an account or using MarketLens (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior. MarketLens has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content or conduct. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users who post such content or who abuse other users will have the offending content removed and may be permanently ejected from the Service.

1. User-Generated Content

MarketLens lets users post content such as community posts and comments (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You agree that you will not post User Content that:

2. Content Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

We filter User Content for objectionable material. Every user can report objectionable content and block abusive users; blocked users’ content is removed from the reporting user’s feed immediately. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them—removing the content and ejecting the offending user—within 24 hours.

3. Enforcement

We may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any violation of this EULA. We are not liable for User Content posted by other users.

4. No Investment Advice

MarketLens provides information and analysis tools for educational purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

5. Subscriptions

Paid features, where offered, are billed through the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

부적절한 콘텐츠 및 악의적 행위에 대한 무관용 원칙. MarketLens는 부적절·욕설·괴롭힘·혐오·위협·성적으로 노골적인 콘텐츠 또는 행위에 대해 무관용(zero tolerance) 원칙을 적용합니다. 부적절한 콘텐츠나 악의적 사용자에 대한 관용은 없습니다. 이러한 콘텐츠를 게시하거나 다른 사용자를 학대하는 사용자는 해당 콘텐츠가 삭제되며 서비스에서 영구적으로 퇴출될 수 있습니다.

1. 사용자 생성 콘텐츠

MarketLens는 커뮤니티 게시글·댓글 등 사용자가 작성한 콘텐츠(“사용자 콘텐츠”)를 게시할 수 있게 합니다. 사용자 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 전적으로 작성자에게 있습니다. 다음과 같은 콘텐츠는 게시할 수 없습니다.

2. 콘텐츠 모더레이션 · 신고 · 차단

당사는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 필터링합니다. 모든 사용자는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고하고 악의적 사용자를 차단할 수 있으며, 차단된 사용자의 콘텐츠는 신고자의 피드에서 즉시 제거됩니다. 당사는 부적절한 콘텐츠 신고를 검토하여 24시간 이내에 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 위반 사용자를 퇴출하는 조치를 취합니다.

3. 집행

당사는 본 EULA 위반 시 사전 통지 여부와 관계없이 사용자 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 정지 또는 해지할 수 있습니다. 당사는 다른 사용자가 게시한 콘텐츠에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

4. 투자 자문 아님

MarketLens는 교육 목적의 정보·분석 도구를 제공할 뿐 금융·투자·세무·법률 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 모든 투자 결정의 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.

5. 구독

유료 기능은 제공되는 경우 해당 앱스토어를 통해 청구됩니다. 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구독 관리 및 취소는 앱스토어 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.
